At his training ground David has various types of environments, such as water, game crop, safe fences, 2 acre rabbit pen and meadowland.This is an ideal piece of ground for training dogs to hunt, enter different types of cover, jump, enter water,  and be made steady to game. All the training aids have been carefully thought out during construction in order to provide a multitude of training situations for both dog and handler.

For first few years most of David’s training was done on local shoots, like most of us he realised that having the right sort of ground was half the battle, so he developed a piece of ground with as many types of environments as possible in order to make training easier.

The training ground is available to hire for parties of two - four people.  
Half day rate - £40    Full day  rate - £70
